How do I pay MLEC?
Purchase small amounts every few days and not worry about it for several weeks; when your balance is low, purchase more. Payments can be made by phone, online, by kiosk, or in person at any MLEC office! If you wish to use your utility credit, UnitedHealthcare will print and mail MLEC a check from your UCard account.
How do I request a MLEC account?
The request can be made in one of two ways, both of which will require you to enter your MLEC account number, name, address, etc.
