The interview process was very convenient. They used the company’s platform to interview. They had me do a few video interviews (two with my boss) then a final interview in the office.

I had an initial phone screen and then an on demand video interview on the Modern Hire platform. I had trouble accessing the camera on this platform, even though I had the correct recommended browser and just had a Zoom video interview earlier that day, and had to call tech support. The on demand interview had about 5 questions and for most of them, my responses were cut off even though I didn’t stop recording yet. This process took me about 2 hours because of the technical difficulties and having to rerecord again and again. I didn’t receive any follow up after the interview which was very unprofessional. I was not happy at all with this experience and the red flags were in the solution that I would have been selling. If I was having such a difficult time it would have been hard to stand behind this solution to sell.

Research the company by browsing their website, reading articles about their accomplishments, and checking out their social media accounts (if any) to get an idea of their company culture. You don’t need to recite every single fact you find, but make sure you mention at least some of the following:
