This question presents the opportunity for you to be a storyteller. Using the STAR method, form an engaging story-based response that showcases your proudest accomplishment. STAR is an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, Result. Telling a story about your most significant achievement will give the decision-makers at Morgan Stanley a definite idea of what type of accomplishments matter to you. Your reply should also spotlight why your past accomplishments indicate future success in this role and with the company as a whole. Show the hiring managers more about your personality, work ethic, diligence, and what motivates you. Its okay to brag a bit when answering this question but remain confident vs. arrogant. You should be proud of yourself for what youve accomplished so far!
