- Select “Register” in the top right corner
- Enter your account number, property address, and email
- Create a password

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. There is a $3.99 processing fee per transaction when paying by card.
eCheck
Providing your checking account information allows you to pay directly from your bank account. eCheck payments do not incur any processing fees.
AutoPay
For hassle-free payments, enroll in AutoPay through your NEP account. This automatically deducts your balance each month on the due date from a card or bank account.
Pay Near Me
NEP has partnered with PayNearMe, allowing cash payments at any CVS Pharmacy or 7-Eleven. Provide your account number and pay your bill at the register.

Do I need to do anything to set up or cancel my account? No. This is one of the many benefits NEP provides. People who move in will have their account set up automatically, and when they move out, it will be turned off automatically.
