Step 1: Register for an Online Account
If paying online for the first time, you’ll need to register for an online account. Here’s how:

Select “Register” below the login fields.

Enter your OTEC account number, phone number, and email address.

Create a username and password.

Check the box to agree to the terms of use.

Complete the validation process.

Your online account is now activated!
Registration takes just a couple minutes and only needs to be done once.
Step 2: Login to Your Online Account
Now that your account is set up, you can login anytime to manage payments.

Go to the OTEC bill pay site.

Enter your unique username and password.

Click “Login” and you’ll be taken to your account overview page.
Here you can view your balance, payment history, update your profile, and make payments.
Step 3: Select a One-Time or Recurring Payment
When logged in, choose whether you want to make a:

One-time payment – For a single bill.

Recurring payment – Set up automatic payments each month.
For one-time, click “Pay Now” by your account balance. For recurring, click “Recurring Payments” in the menu.
Step 4: Enter Payment Details
On the payment page:

Check that your account details like service address are correct.

Enter the payment amount. Your current balance due will prefill.

Select payment method – debit/credit card or bank account.

Enter your card or bank account information.

For recurring payments, choose the frequency like monthly.

Step 5: Review and Submit Payment
