Step 1: Log In To Your PPL Account

  • Go to pplelectric.com and click “My Account” at the top right.
  • Enter your username and password. If you don’t already have an account, you can sign up for one.
  • Once logged in, you’ll see your account summary page.

Step 2: Select “Make Payment”

On your account summary page, select “Make Payment” to start the payment process.

This will take you to the payment page where you can enter your payment details.

Step 3: Enter Payment Information

On the payment page, enter the following:

  • Payment amount – Your current bill amount will show by default. You can edit this if needed.
  • Payment method – Choose whether to pay by credit/debit card, checking account or savings account.
  • Account number – For card payments, enter your card number, expiration date and CVV code. For bank payments, enter your account number and routing number.

You’ll also get a confirmation email sent to the email address on your PPL account. Save this for your records.

If you prefer not to pay online, PPL offers other convenient payment options:

  • Call 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775) to pay with a credit or debit card or a checking or savings account over the phone.

  • By mail – Send a check or money order payable to PPL Electric Utilities to:

On the check, make sure to write down your PPL account number. Allow 5-7 days for mail delivery.
