All About Posse: The First Round Interview
Interviews for Top Jobs at Posse Foundation
Program Coordinator Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Posse Foundation (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The initial round of interviews is structured as a group interview. While some people might shine in this structure, I found it a bit overwhelming. I know they like to use the same model used to select students, but I felt like it was hard to really show my skillset with a group interview.

Trainer Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Posse Foundation in Jun 2021
Interview
Applied online and was invited to a virtual group interview. We started in the large group to do introductions, then we were separated into small groups. In each group, two staff members sit in and ask a variety of questions to which you have about 30-45 seconds to answer. Someone else on here posted ALL of the questions they asked, which helped me immensely so I’ll post them as well! Overall, I felt prepared and I enjoyed the format more because I knew what to expect.

Question:
What is a Posse Scholarship interview like?
So I made it to the semi finalist round for POSSE and I am super pumped. Something I’m wondering and would like to ask this group is did any of you make it to the end for POSSE? Like you got the scholarship and are now a part of POSSE. If so, do you guys have any advice for the second round interview? Also, something else I’m mulling myself over rn is between the schools (for POSSE NYC) so if anyone attends to one of those schools please comment because I have questions since I know students’ experiences aren’t reflected or truly shown all the time when asking admissions officers. Thank you so much!!
