Paying bills Let’s be honest, it’s not anyone’s favorite task But it’s a necessary evil if you want to keep those utilities running and avoid late fees. Fortunately, Preferred Mutual has come up with a way to make paying your bills as painless as possible. Introducing Quick Pay – the easiest way to pay your bills online.
As someone who loathes sifting through a pile of bills and writing checks each month, Quick Pay sounded like a dream come true to me So I decided to take it for a test drive and share my experience with you all
How Quick Pay Works
Getting set up with Quick Pay took just a few minutes. All I had to do was log into my Preferred Mutual account on their website or mobile app and enroll in the Quick Pay service.
After entering my billing account numbers, Quick Pay securely stores them so I don’t have to dig for that information every time I want to make a payment. It was super simple to add all my recurring bills like utilities, cable, internet, etc.
I also love that I can easily add new payees anytime a new bill comes up. Preferred Mutual has an extensive network of payees, so chances are good they’ll already have the company I need to pay. But if for some reason they don’t, I can still make one-time payments to other companies.
Scheduling Payments is a Cinch
Once my payees are loaded in, scheduling payments is a total breeze. After selecting the payee, I just choose the amount and payment date. Quick Pay lets me pick any future date up to a year out, so I can set a whole year’s worth of bills on autopilot if I want. No more worrying about missing a payment!
I can also set up recurring payments for expenses that are the same each month like my utilities and cable bill. Quick Pay will automatically deduct the amount owed every month, so I don’t have to keep manually scheduling the same payments repeatedly.
One of my favorite features is the ability to schedule payments for delivery on a specific date. So if I have a bill due on the 20th, I can schedule the payment in Quick Pay for the 18th to make sure it arrives on time. No more late fees!
Quick Pay Keeps Me Organized
I don’t know about you, but I always had trouble keeping track of what bills I had paid each month and which were still outstanding. Quick Pay helps me stay organized by keeping everything in one place.
Right from my account dashboard, I can view upcoming scheduled payments, payment history, and pending payments. For recurring bills, Quick Pay even reminds me when my next payment is due so I don’t lose track.
Being able to see my payment status at a glance gives me peace of mind that I won’t miss any important deadlines or let something slip through the cracks. The built-in organization takes so much stress out of bill paying.
Additional Features That Make Life Easier
Along with the basics like scheduled payments and account management, Quick Pay includes some additional features that make managing bills even more convenient.
For one thing, I can opt in to receive email notifications when payments are processed or declined. This confirmation gives me an extra layer of assurance that my payments went through as expected.
I also appreciate that Quick Pay lets me update or cancel scheduled payments anytime. So if I need to adjust a payment amount or date, I can easily do that without having to delete and re-enter the entire thing.
And for extra security, Quick Pay requires a special code be entered when setting up a new payee. This prevents unauthorized people from adding their own billing accounts if they were to access my Quick Pay account.
Paying Bills Has Never Been Easier
As you can see, Quick Pay pretty much takes the hassle out of paying bills. I can schedule automatic payments, view payment status, receive confirmations – everything I need to stay on top of my household expenses and avoid late payments.
I no longer have to spend time each month manually paying bills one by one. And I don’t have to waste checks and stamps mailing in payments either. It’s all handled seamlessly online through Quick Pay.
With Quick Pay, I can pay all my bills in just a few minutes each month versus the 1-2 hours it used to take me. The time savings alone are worth it, not to mention the convenience, organization, and peace of mind.
I don’t know why anyone would still pay bills the old-fashioned way when services like Quick Pay make it so easy. It’s by far the simplest, most user-friendly bill pay solution I’ve found. I give Preferred Mutual’s Quick Pay 5 stars for taking the hassle and headaches out of paying bills each month.
So if you’re looking for an easier way to get those monthly bills off your plate, do yourself a favor and check out Quick Pay. Sign up takes just minutes, and you’ll be saving time and gaining peace of mind before you know it. It really is the best and easiest way to pay all your bills online.
