Step 1: Recruiter Call
Rippling’s recruiter call lasts up to 30 minutes, and, if you’ve gotten referred in, it isn’t an assessment. The recruiter will introduce you to the company and walk you through the interview process. Without a referral, you may get some light behavioral questions.

I interviewed at Rippling If selected you will go through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round will be 15 mins with a recruiter to discuss your compensation and brief background history.

The fact that turnover seems high for leading this team is not a great sign. The fact that Rippling either never backfilled the role or the backfill didn’t last long is an equally bad sign.
