District 1, Question 1- OUSD School Board Candidate Interviews
But we believe this list offers a good framework for public dialogue on public education in communities across Louisiana. Even if candidates don’t get asked every one of these questions, every candidate should certainly be prepared to answer them.
To that end, CABL has compiled this list of sample questions that voters, civic organizations and the news media might consider asking their school board candidates. This list is comprehensive, there may be more interest in some questions than others, and there are no doubt local issues that should be part of the discussion, as well.
Every school district is different, but there are a number of issues in education that are common to many districts in Louisiana and should be explored in this year’s school board elections.
Our Mission – To assist local and regional boards of education in providing high quality public education for all Connecticut children through effective leadership.
