The Central Customer Service Center downtown is open Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM.
The South, Southwest, and Southeast neighborhood service centers have more limited hours. In general, these locations are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 5 PM.
