  • If you set up automatic payments in My Account, you’ll never forget to pay your bill on time again. Go to My Account and click on Set Up Auto Pay on the home page. Pick the amount you want to pay by clicking Payment Amount. Feel free to add or choose a debit or credit card or bank account under Payment Source. Save your changes by clicking Update. Note: To get the Auto Pay discount for this billing cycle, the account balance must be paid in full by the original due date and you must have signed up for both Paperless Billing and Auto Pay with a debit card or checking account.
  • Open the Bills & Payments menu and select Payment Options. You can add a new payment source (debit/credit card or bank account), change the expiration date, remove a payment source, and choose which payment source will be used most often on this page.

If your service was cut off, you will have to pay a fee for each line to be connected again. But you might have to pay late fees, deal with collections, or have your service cut off. You can make plans for free by using My Account or our automated system. But there is a $7 fee plus tax that you have to pay when you set up or change a payment plan with a Customer Support Representative.
  • Yes. When you make a payment plan, you let us know that you will be late with your payment and that you will take care of the problem. That keeps you from having your service interrupted. Note: You must make your payment by the due date in order for your account not to start showing late fees.
