Utilization review nurses tend to work standard business hours (Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm) as they are working to inform patients about their benefits and coverage. While some utilization review nurses may need to work weekend or evening shifts, it is not very common.

The interviewer would like to know how one deals with stressful circumstances.
They are interested in your control over your emotions and your ability to remain composed when under pressure.
