Done initially through Campus Recruiting – the interviewing process took about a month, longer than usual but because I was recommended for another position. The interview process was pretty normal, they have standardized questions and write down your answers on pre-made packets. I interviewed for a distribution Team Leader role in Pottsville, PA, (1 on campus, 1 on the phone, 1 at the PA location) while I was a good “values match” for the company my interviewers thought I would be better suited for a customer facing role in one of their stores.Therefore Wegmans transferred my resume to their VA offices (as I expressed interest there). After that I had one more in-person interview at one of their store locations with an HR head and operations manager – in which I was asked similar questions to the previous interviews. I contacted them this week, and they verbally told me I have an offer, I have not decided whether to accept or not.
