As the sole natural gas provider for York County, South Carolina, YCNGA offers convenient online and in-person options for residential and business customers to pay their gas bill. Online Bill Pay

YCNGA offers an online account management system that allows customers to easily view their account details and pay their gas bill online. After creating a secure online account, customers can:

• Check their account balance
• View statement history and payment history
• Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments
• Pay by credit/debit card, bank draft or electronic check

Customers have full control over their bills when they pay them online. Payments can be made at any time from a computer or mobile device. Customers get emails when a new statement is ready and can choose to be billed electronically instead of on paper. You won’t have to worry about lost bills, late payments, or trips to the payment center when you pay your bills online.

In-Person Bill Pay

For those who prefer in-person bill payment, YCNGA offers several ways to pay at one of their local offices:

Payment Centers

Rock Hill and Fort Mill are home to the two main payment centers. Gas bills can be paid at either location Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Both locations accept cash, check or money order. There are also payment drop boxes at the payment centers so that you can pay your bills after business hours.

Authorized Payment Agents

YCNGA has partnered with over 20 authorized payment agents in York County. These are local businesses that allow customers to pay their YCNGA gas bill along with other bills like electricity and water. Payment agents provide added convenience, especially for those without easy access to the payment centers.

By Mail

Anyone can send a payment to YCNGA’s PO Box at any time. If you mail a payment, you should include the payment stub from your gas bill. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your payment to be processed.

Payment Assistance Programs

YCNGA has programs to help customers who are having trouble paying their gas bill because they are having trouble with money. These programs can provide bill reductions or temporary assistance. People can call YCNGA’s customer service line to find out if they are eligible and how to apply.

• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – Helps low income households pay a portion of their winter heating bills. Both renters and homeowners can qualify.

• Payment Arrangements – Allows a past due balance to be paid over an extended time. Arrangements can help avoid service disruption.

• Limited Income Direct Assistance (LIDA) – Offers a discount on the monthly gas bill for seniors 65+ or disabled individuals meeting income requirements.
