After passing an online exam, 3 interviews are done in a row each with a more senior manager. The last interview was with the country CMO. Then, they called and let me know that I was successful but they can only sign “conditional offer” for now. It means that they hire you only if they have a position in 1 year. I spent at least 5 hours of interview with this company. After one year, no, they did not call me for Brand Manager position. I have been only called for Insight Manager position after 11 months.
