1st phone interview was the preliminary interview questions and 2nd interview was on-site with managers and Coordinator. Interview on-site was no more than an hour and friendly culture. Recieved tour around office and meet potential coworkers and recieved details on benefits.

I was informed for the day of the interview by email. I asked for the names and positions of the interviewers. Three interviewrs by phone. It took around half an hour. It was friendly and relaxing.

    Practice interviews are by appointment only and should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, these can be virtually or in-person. Practice interview appointments are 50 minutes in length and simulate an actual interview. The Career Center assists with various interviews such as, job, internship, graduate and professional school interviews. During the Practice interview, you will answer common interview questions and receive feedback on your responses. After you have scheduled your appointment, please review the above interviewing resources and please be prepared to e-mail the following documents to your interviewer:

    Admissions Decisions:

    Admission decisions will be posted to your online application account in early-mid March, with email notifications to follow. Early round acceptance decisions will be posted in early-mid January. Admissions decisions are based on a completed application, with documents, including a completed interview. Applicants who fail to provide all required documentation including but is not limited to, resume, personal statement, recommendation forms, and entrance exams by the admissions deadline will not receive the opportunity to interview.

    One of the best ways to learn about the FAU High School Boca Raton and/or Jupiter Campus, in Partnership with Max Planck Academy is by attending one of our annual Open Houses. Open Houses are an opportunity for prospective Owls and families to meet our staff, learn about the programs and experiences at the FAU High School Boca Raton and/or Jupiter Campus, learn about the admission process, and participate in a Q&A.

    The FAU High School – Jupiter Campus, in partnership with the Max Planck Academy, offers two rounds of applications every school year; the Early Applicant Round (deadline of November 15th) and the Regular Applicant Round (deadline of January 15th). Admission selections are based on the competitiveness of applicants, with acceptances offered to the most competitive candidates. Note: Students who apply by the Early Applicant Round deadline and are not accepted, will automatically roll over to the Regular Applicant Round for further review. Current-year 10th grade students may apply and be considered for admission and enrollment in 11th grade, starting the following fall.

    Admissions decisions are based on a completed application, with documents, including a completed interview. Applicants who fail to provide all required documentation including but is not limited to, résumé, personal statement, recommendation forms, and entrance exams by the admissions deadline will not receive the opportunity to interview.

  • A completed FAU High School – Jupiter Campus online application includes:
    • Online Application that consists of biographical information, parent information, student questionnaire and a student resume and personal statement. All support documents must be included in your FAU High School online application.
    • Academic Records are required as part of online application and are self-reported by the applicant. Final grades from 9th grade, and first semester of 10th grade, are required. Applicants must include a copy of an official high school transcript, showing cumulative GPA, standardized test scores, and all high school courses attempted (including high school courses completed in middle school).
    • Recommendation forms must be submitted electronically within the application from the applicant’s current school. We do not accept recommendations via email or in paper form.
      • Applicants are required to submit results of one of the following admissions tests: PSAT, SAT, ACT, or ACT Residual
        • The ACT Residual is not currently offered at the FAU Testing Center.

        • When registering for the Accuplacer, you must complete the 4 sections in one sitting.
          • Testing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    FAU High School Jupiter Campus, in partnership with the Max Planck Academy, is a public school governed by Florida Atlantic University and has no tuition cost, lab fees, or book costs to students. Families are financially responsible for a minimal annual activity fee, FAU Parking and Transportation fee, and an orientation fee. Find a summary of these costs here.

    On average, graduates of FAU High School Jupiter Campus, in partnership with the Max Planck Academy, earn 60 university credits by high school graduation. FAU High School, in partnership with the Office of Financial Aid, currently offers the Talon Scholarship to all qualified high school graduates to complete their Bachelor’s degree at Florida Atlantic University within two years of graduation from FAU High School.

    Algebra I successfully completed with A or B grade. Geometry preferred to be completed.

    The Admissions team does not encourage multiple retakes of the AccuPlacer. We will accept two score reports. *Students are highly encouraged to submit PSAT, SAT, ACT, or ACT Residual score reports (in place of the Next Generation AccuPlacer) when applying, it is not an admission requirement, however if you have taken either the PSAT, SAT, ACT, or ACT Residual and would like to share the scores, be sure to upload the report within your application.

    Type: Students must wear traditional (chino-style flat front) uniform pants, shorts, or skorts that are at least fingertip length. Color: Solid khaki or solid navy blue are acceptable colors. Owl Card badges must be worn at all times while on the A.D. Henderson University School & FAU High School campus.
