And we mystery-shopped to size up the competition. We learned what relevance means to gym-goers, that fitness isn’t just an activity, it’s a way of life, and that gym experiences could no longer be the same for everyone. After that, we worked with NYSC to use digital to make fitness stronger and more personal and to do something completely new.
