Online application with one or two technical questions. Contacted to do a recorded online interview of five questions. A few about programming, the other couple questions were more general personality type questions. About a month after the recorded online interview I was contacted for a virtual interview and given an assignment with a presentation objective to talk during the interview. After a general group overview of the program, I had a great time talking with a couple engineers about my code for my interview. It was nice to talk about my work and get feedback. Got an offer the next day. One drawback was that the main interview process occurred over the holidays during family time. Overall a great experience!

Short HireVue interview for first round which asks generics like why nordstrom. Second round was some basic programming questions about things like sets and linked lists, along with some behavioral questions. Asked about team oriented experience, working in groups, and conflict resolution. they’re more looking for people who have a passion for the space than top tier programmers. The entire process was incredibly simple and painless.
