I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Zürich)
– A week after my application, I got a call from an HR assistant to answer certain important questions (salary expectations, start, etc.) – 1st interview round with hiring manager for 30min. I had to talk about my CV and answer some behavioral questions via Teams. – 2nd interview round: I had to prepare a case study related to the job and present it on site. This round lasted 90 min. After my presentation, I had to answer some simple questions. Afterward, I had to answer some behavioral questions, but nothing too difficult if you have common sense, and answer these with their point of view in mind. I got a day after in the morning a call that I got the job.
