I worked there for a few years, and at first, the workplace was great. The benefits were good—not great, but better than average. Over time, EVERYTHING degraded. The Support you received, quality of work you had time to do, management, communication, and no raises.

Raises only once per year, not that significant either. Stress and expectations are not worth the pay. Management isn’t always reliable, and communication about changes or plans is at best shaky. They used to be good about making accommodations, but they turned them down and offered things that wouldn’t work for my disability. A friend got a “Catch it change it” for taking their wife to the emergency room.

Stable hours/shift, unless they decide to add another shift change for the 3rd time in a year. Again. Some of these are required, and to ask for a specific shift, you have to fill out a very annoying Google form. Because you cant Confirm a shift. (this means you can be put on nights or weekends when you dont plan for it).

I like the idea of what they WANTED the company to be.

Stop being hostile towards employees and giving warnings just before yearly raises 🙂
