I had 3 interviews with HR, the Director and VP. They were simple interviews. They were interested in a skill-set match but also in learning my connection to the sport of MMA.

Interview

the email i received said that i was going to interview with 2 men, but the interview was with one woman. they couldn’t even get that right.she almost immediately and w/out cause accused me of not liking a certain aspect of the position. the interview may as well have ended here, but i had to drone on and on about the specifics of my experience. you know the drill, i was told i’d receive a decision in a few weeks and over a month passed and they just couldn’t be bothered.

Great experience and the people were very friendly and inviting. The process was efficient and they are very quick with follow up. I really enjoyed the whole process. Thank you to the HR department for their graciousness.

Submitted the online application and received a confirmation email right afterwards. Received a phone call a few days later. There was a brief phone interview and an in person interview.

Interview

I was asked to walk around the gym and write three things that need to be improved, three things that they were doing great, and an observation. After, the walk around the gym I was asked a series of question to help determine if I was a great fit to the program. Prior to the interview, I was asked to bring 5 questions to ask them during my interview. At the end of the interview, I was asked to come back for a second interview. The second interview is mainly practical to see the skills and knowledge I have has a possible fitness coach first hand.

I got called in for the interview in person with the manager, got asked a couple of questions about my experience and then was told the different responsibilities of the job. Was hired on the spot. Super quick and efficient
