Agent Interview

Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Viva Wallet

Interview

It was simple yet really fun and educational. They asked me a lot of questions and showed me how the company works! It took approximately 10 minutes and I had an offer instantly without having to wait for it

Account Management Executive Interview

Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Viva Wallet (Athens, Attica) in Jan 2022

Interview

I interviewed remotely in Athens. The interview was done by a young and inexperienced HR that could answer very few questions about the role itself. What surprised me is that they do not allow remote work, it’s 100% office based with masks on all the time.Looks like Covid and staff health considerations do not apply to Viva, a company that wants to present itself a modern, high-tech and very innovative international business.

Interview Questions

  • Standard questions about what do you know about us, why do you want to work here and why this role, why choose you etc

It is also acceptable to use this reflection session (partly) as a more ‘traditional’ viva to check on authenticity / depth of thinking.

Consider using some of these questions to engage in rich dialogue about the learning process. Process questions – Content questions – Personal questions

Key – begin and end positively. This is the end of a long, sometimes tough, process.

Possible answer to “Tell me about yourself.”

“Well, I’m currently an account executive at Smith, where I handle our top-performing client. Before that, I worked at an agency where I was on three different major national healthcare brands. And while I really enjoyed the work that I did, I’d love the chance to dig in much deeper with one specific healthcare company, which is why I’m so excited about this opportunity with Metro Health Center.”

50+ most common job interview questions

This question seems simple, so many people fail to prepare for it, but it’s crucial. Heres the deal: Don’t give your complete employment (or personal) history. Instead, give a pitch—one that’s concise and compelling and that shows exactly why you’re the right fit for the job. Muse writer and MIT career counselor Lily Zhang recommends using a present, past, future formula. Talk a little bit about your current role (including the scope and perhaps one big accomplishment), then give some background as to how you got there and experience you have that’s relevant. Finally, segue into why you want—and would be perfect for—this role.
