Received email from HR informing of video interview (1HR) and then a 1HR timed “assessment”. Assessment was easy and 1 hr was more than enough time. Interview was straight forward, many of the questions can be found by searching on this page. Very helpful. Only 4 questions asked in total. Interview was going well until I asked them questions at the end. I asked how much time was spent on the phone, they said all day and working hours are not flexible. I also asked if company was supportive to those with families who have changing needs and children potentially at home unexpectedly? They said this position needs to be in the office and will be part of the first phase transitioning back. I think this role is paid really well, but there is no flexibility whatsoever which did not work for me. HR did not respond with an offer or a rejection email. Truthfully, I would not have accepted position if offered as I need more flexibility and option to work from home,
